Because of its location, you will have a rural and countryside feeling, though you live very close to the city center.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, has a semi-open kitchen, large living room, one bedroom with spacious walk-in closet, two bathrooms, a balcony and a bicycle storage. The kitchen is equipped with the desired appliances (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, induction hob and oven / microwave). The bathroom (s) are equipped with toilet, double sink, bath and shower.
