This beautiful apartment is located in the national monumental building on the Peperstraat in Leeuwarden. It is a high-quality renovated apartment where great detail has been spend to the complete finish, including the woodwork, the isolation level and all other elements. The window at the front gives a beautiful view over the Peperstraat as well as the balcony which can be accessed from the living and dining room.
Towards the rear of the house is the sleeping area with patio doors to the large roof terrace. It is a wonderful place to stay given its south-facing position. The sleeping area can be closed off from the living and dining room through original en-suite doors. At the rear is the spacious kitchen and bathroom including washing machine. There is a toilet at the entrance.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated to taste and upholstered. Everything has really been thought of. In addition, there are fitted wardrobes for sufficient storage space and near the apartment there is the possibility to store bicycles.
